Small Group Training
Kick-start your fitness journey with our Small Group Training (SGT) program led by our certified personal trainers. Each session will provide a mix of strength, cardio, and power for the ultimate full body workout. Small Group Training will be a 4-week program running 2 days/week. Each session will be 45 minutes long and will progress you through a variety of movements to improve your strength and stamina.
The next session for SGT will start the week of July 6th. Registration will open on June 15th and will close on July 2nd at 12pm, while space is available. Below is the link to register.
