Small Group Training
Kick-start your fitness journey with our Small Group Training (SGT) program led by our certified personal trainers. Each session will provide a mix of strength, cardio, and power for the ultimate full body workout. Small Group Training will be a 4-week program running 2 days/week. Each session will be 45 minutes long and will progress you through a variety of movements to improve your strength and stamina.
The next session of Small Group Training begins the week of June 29th. Registration will open on June 15th for that session. Please check back!
