In-Person Group Fitness Classes

  • Reserve your spot in class by clicking the link in the schedule below or through the Harvard Rec app. Reservations may be made up to 3 days before class. Reservations will close 15 minutes before the start of class. Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.
  • Check in at the front desk for your reserved class at least 6 minutes (but no more than 30 minutes) prior to the start of class to receive a class pass. Instructors will collect passes at the start of class.
  • Anyone not checked in 5 minutes before the start of class will be marked as “No-Show” and will forfeit their reservation, at which time walk-ins may claim available passes.
  • If you decide not to attend a class for which you made a reservation, please cancel your reservation. Reservation cancellations may be made by clicking the link in the Purchase Receipt emailed to you at time of registration or through “My Profile” when signed into the website. 
  • No participants will be permitted to enter the studio after 10 minutes** due to safety concerns & to avoid disruptions. **You may only be up to 5 minutes late for Cycle and Rowing classes and any class that is 30 minutes or less in duration. Instructors are not permitted to make exceptions. All participants should notify the instructor if leaving early.
  • Athletic shoes are required for all classes with the exception of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Balletone and Water Fitness 
  • It is highly recommended that you bring water to class.
  • It is strongly suggested that you wear layers for Yoga/Pilates and that you bring your own mat.
  • Note the correct location of the class:
    • MAC (39 Holyoke St) or HEM (1515 Mass Ave) 
  • All levels are welcome to attend all classes!
