Class Descriptions
BARRE FITNESS: Barre workouts are one of the hottest trends, delivering incredible body-changing results with a low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. Barre is a lower-body focused muscular endurance workout that combines movements from Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Ballet. Using a ballet barre, we’ll squat & lunge (and more!) in a variety of planes and ranges of motion to make your muscles burn while challenging your balance and coordination. Upper body and core work will be incorporated into many exercises, making this a full-body burner. This is a barefoot class. Limited to the first 39 participants.
CYCLE CLASSES – General Information
A dynamic stationary group cycling experience led by a specially trained instructor, this class is set to motivating music and is a complete cardio training program. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. A water bottle is required. Stiff-soled athletic shoes are recommended. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get help with bike set-up. Limited to the first 24 participants.

PILATES - MAT: Pilates- Mat is a mind, body and spirit practice which focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Using your body weight and small props, we’ll strengthen and lengthen your muscles to build a strong, balanced, more flexible body. Other benefits include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. This is a barefoot class. Limited to the first 39 participants.
ROW + LIFT: Row & Lift is a quick way to total fitness, alternating short bouts of total body cardiovascular rowing with sets of muscular strength work. This completely low impact class is a great way to get the best of both formats in short, manageable chunks and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for set-up, wear athletic footwear and bring a water bottle. Limited to the first 32 participants.
YOGA - MINDFUL VINYASA: Inspired by the principles of flow, we will move with the breath, developing strength, flexibility, and an easeful mindset along the way.
