Late Spring Small Group Training: Now Accepting Registrants!

Spring into action and revitalize your fitness regimen with our Late Spring Small Group Training! This season, ditch the solo workouts and join a community of like-minded individuals determined to reach new heights in their fitness journey. Registration is officially open, and with limited spots, it's time to secure your place!

Our classes will run from March 25th to May 2nd, meeting twice a week for a power-packed 6 weeks. Imagine starting your mornings with energy and strength or ending your day on a high note, all while being guided by our certified trainers.

Should the unexpected happen and a class is canceled, don't sweat it; the week of May 6th is reserved for make-up classes, ensuring you get the full experience you signed up for.

Training Details

Where? Your transformation takes place in the dynamic environment of the Functional Training Studio at Hemenway Gymnasium. This space is designed to inspire and challenge you, pushing you towards your personal best.

How much? We believe in accessible fitness for all. For this reason, we've priced our sessions at $215 for students and $245 for non-students - an investment in your health that's worth every penny.
