FITNESS ASSESSMENTS & ORIENTATIONS
|How fit are you? In your 30-minute fitness assessment, done in a small group of 1—8 people, a certified personal trainer will assess your weight, body composition, Body Mass Index (BMI), upper body strength, and core endurance.
Your trainer will then make recommendations for some improvement areas. Please wear workout clothes and sneakers (no jeans, flip-flops, or oxfords).
Gym & Machine Orientation
|Want to use the fitness equipment at the MAC and/or Hemenway, but need some pointers? Learn your way around the spaces and how to use the basic machines safely and properly.
In this 45-minute session, done in a small group of 1—8 people, a certified personal trainer will show you how to use the strength machines in the strength circuit, as well as the cardio equipment. You’ll also receive:

HOW MUCH do these cost?
They’re FREE for members. All undergraduates are members as soon as they set foot on campus!
