Crimson Triathlon Training (2 hours)
Whether training for triathlon session or just looking for a good workout, this two hour class will help you build speed, endurance and strength for all three elements of your competition! Crimson Triathlon training is a 6-week program hosted by our USA triathlon coach, Catherine Sutton, that will prepare you for all aspects of race day! From swimming, to biking, to running, you will be ready for your next triathlon season.
Come prepared for a mini triathlon “anchor” workout with swimming, cycling, and running. Class will introduce techniques to improve distance freestyle and open water swimming, include progressive cycling and running workouts, cover transition skills and discuss race strategies.
