 In addition to providing relaxation, massage can be helpful with back pain, sports injuries and repetitive strain conditions.

Acupuncture

A form of traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture has been practiced for centuries. It involves the careful insertion of thin needles at certain points on the body to stimulate healing and reduce pain. Frequent use includes pain management (including chronic headaches), asthma, gastrointestinal disorders and gynecological issues.
