Extreme Rock Climbing Excursion

Have you ever
wanted to try rock climbing but never got around to it? Now is your
chance! Please join Harvard Recreation at MetroRock in Everett for
their indoor rock climbing facility. Whether you are
a beginner or an advanced climber ready to take on the
Challenge/High-Ropes Course this event is for you. Transportation,
rental equipment, climbing instruction, food and drink will be
provided.

Indoor Trampoline Park
Friday,
January 20, 2012 – 2-5pm
Have you ever seen
a facility with 10,000 S.F. of trampolines?! Come experience the
SkyZone with Harvard Recreation. This facility comes complete with
48 trampolines in the middle area alone. Not to mention the
dodgeball court with 16 squares of trampolines on the floor. The
walls in the dodgeball court are covered by trampolines too so you
can bounce off them as well! Transportation, food and drink will be
provided. Waivers must be signed and returned before you may attend
this event.

The Flying Trapeze!!!
Saturday,
January 21, 2012 – 1-5pm
Learn knee hangs
and backflips, or just swing and smile! At Jordan’s
Furniture Trapeze School you'll work with trained instructors on
the Flying Trapeze. Each participant will get ground instruction
and then several chances to swing as well as attempt a knee hang
and/or a flipping dismount. The trapeze teaches you to focus on the
task at hand, encourage others to be the best that they can be, and
to move beyond obstacles, whether real or imagined.
