Athletic Membership Purchasing Information

Recreation memberships are available to the following groups only: students, faculty, staff and alumni (and their eligible family members). Membership includes access to the Malkin Athletic Center, Blodgett Pool, Hemenway Gymnasium, QRAC, and Murr Center Fitness Room.

** Please be advised that incoming students are NOT eligible to purchase a membership until they are issued a Harvard ID. Entering the ID number may allow you to purchase the membership, but the physical ID is needed to access the facilities.


Individual memberships (HUID holders):

* Can be purchased online under the Membership tab or at the Membership Office in the Malkin Athletic Center open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
* You will need a University PIN to purchase online.
* If you purchase online, please bring your receipt with you the first time you visit a facility.

Family and Alumni Memberships:

* Must be purchased at the Membership Office in the Malkin Athletic Center.
* Family memberships are available only for spouses, qualified domestic partners and dependent children under the age of 26.
* Only one person needs to visit the Membership Office - either the Harvard affiliate or a family member. The Harvard affiliate's valid HUID (or photocopy) must be presented at the time of purchase.
* Family/alumni cards are renewable. Please bring them with you when renewing your membership.

*Please note once a membership has been used one (1) time no refunds will be made for memberships.

SAVE TIME RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Print and fill out the Athletic Membership Renewal Form and bring it with you to the ticket office along with your membership ID's when you renew your membership. This will save you valuable time!

Receipt Requests

Harvard ID holders can now print their receipt at any time by visiting the purchase page link here.

Customers interested in obtaining a receipt for a family membership can email their request to: amembers@fas.harvard.edu

Please include the following information in your email request:

* Your Harvard ID #
* Purchase: Online or In-person
* Individual or Family Membership
* Your return email address and/or mailing address

Receipts will be emailed/mailed within 7 days of receipt
