Eligibility Requirements

Faculty/Staff Member - Faculty/Staff members are eligible to use the facilities provided they are full-time, benefits eligible through Harvard University.

Affiliates - Individuals who have a position with Harvard but receive their benefits elsewhere.

Family - Faculty/Staff members and Affiliates may buy a family membership for a spouse/domestic partner and any dependent children (under the age of 26) only. Parents, siblings, and any other extended family members are not eligible.

How To Purchase

Faculy/Staff Member Membership - Faculty/Staff members may purchase their memberships/add-on's two ways:

* Online (with a credit card) under the Membership tab click 'Purchase Membership/Towels/Classes HERE and you will be prompted to enter your HUID and pin

* In person at the Membership Office (address/hours below)

Family Membership - Family memberships may be purchased online under the recreation tab or in person at the Membership Office (hours and address listed below). Harvard affiliate family members who have not used the facilities before must come down to the ticket office to recieve an athletic membership card to gain access to the gyms and pools. If the Harvard affiliate already has a membership and wants to add the family on, it must be done in person at the Membership Office in the Murr Center.
