Receipt Requests

Beginning in July 2009, Harvard ID holders can now print their receipt at any time by visiting the purchase page link here.

Customers interested in obtaining a receipt for a family membership can email their request to: dha-tix@fas.harvard.edu

Please include the following information in your email request:

* Your Harvard ID #
* Purchase: Online or In-person
* Individual or Family Membership
* Your return email address and/or mailing address

Receipts will be emailed/mailed within 7 days of receipt
