Overview: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial arts form that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The principles of this martial art center around leverage based techniques to take-down and submit your opponent using joint locks and choke-holds. BJJ makes for great a great source of sport, discipline, exercise, and self-defense. Harvard Jiu-Jitsu club allows all Harvard affiliates to practice this art form at their own pace, and master techniques for self-improvement.
