Overview: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to learn how to defend yourself, build self-discipline, and develop your coordination, while having fun learning and working with your teammates! BJJ focuses on grappling, especially ground fighting, and promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.
We accept people of all experience levels both in BJJ, Club Sports and fitness (truly), and look forward to rolling with you!
