Overview: The Crimson Cornhole Club is one of
Harvard’s newest and most exciting club sports on campus.
Cornhole, the bean-bag toss game quickly becoming one of
America’s new favorite lawn-game pastimes, is showing up more
and more on college campuses across the nation. The sport, if
unfamiliar, involves throwing a bean bag 27 feet onto a board and
attempting to score points by having the bag land either on the
board or its hole. If confused by the name Cornhole, it is
derived from the bean bags being filled with corn, the sport is
also been referred to as Baggo or Bags. The CCC is seeking both to
celebrate this wonderful, easy, and enjoyable lawn game and to help
solidify its place on college campuses. We welcome any and all
levels of players, from experienced cornholers all the way to
complete beginners. The team does not require too much commitment,
just attending weekly practices whenever possible.
