Club Sport Financial Resources

Officially recognized Club Sports are eligible to apply for an Annual Club Sports Grant every fall. The Club Sports Grant is funded by the Harvard Department of Athletics.
The Club Sports Grant application deadline is Friday, October 12, 2012.
You may also apply for other grants through this same portal, such as the Undergraduate Council funding.
You will be notified of the grant your club will receive by Monday, October 22nd.
Once you know the amount your club has been awarded, you may request any/all of the funds by sending Casey Blodget (caseyblodget@fas.harvard.edu) an email with the following information:
- amount you are requesting
- purpose(s) for which the funds will be used
Casey will send the request to the Athletics finance office, who will then send it to the Central Administration Finance office.
The check for your club will arrive 4-5 weeks after you place the request (please plan accordingly).

Clubs may term-bill their members as long as those members are full-time undergraduate students.

Please send completed term-bill lists to Casey Blodget (caseyblodget@fas.harvard.edu) by SECURE FILE TRANSFER.
