Spring Dance Parties

 

Zumba Intro Class:

Are you intrigued but baffled by Zumba?  Come learn the basic steps utilized in the Zumba classes so you can go into your first class confident!  You won't want to miss this party!

Dates/Times:

Monday, January 30th at 7:05-8:00 pm at the MAC Fitness Room 1

Wednesday February 1st at 4:00 - 4:30pm at Hemenway

Fee: Free for all facility members

$8.00 Harvard Affiliate non-facility members

Space is limited.  Register at the front desk of Hemenway or the MAC between 1/23-1/30.

 

Single Ladies Dance Party:

Choreographer and dancer Cristina Hoff breaks down the dance moves from the Beyonce's Single Ladies Video.  Come ready to strut your stuff!      

Date: Monday, February 13th

Time: 7:00-8:15pm

Place: MAC Mezzanine

                                Fee: $8.00 for facility members.                                
$12.00 for Harvard Affiliate non– facility members.

Party Rock Shuffle Dance Party

Party Rock is in the house tonight!  Choreographer and dancer, Katie Egan breaks down the steps to LMFAO;s "Party Rock Shuffle" in this fun and upbeat class.  From beginners to advanced, this class will get you moving.  By the end you'll be ready to show off your moves on the dance floor!

Date:  Monday, March 5th

Time:  7:00-8:15pm

Place:  MAC Mezzanine

Fee:  $8.00 for facility members. 

$12.00 for Harvard Affiliate non-facility members.

ZUMBA DANCE PARTY: UNITED WE DANCE TO CURE ALS

Ditch the workout and join the party! The proceeds from this Zumbathon® charity event will benefit MDA’s Augie’s Quest, a nonprofit research initiative dedicated to finding treatments and cures for ALS. SPACE IS LIMITED!

Location: Malkin Athletic Center Mezzanine

Tickets are on sale February 27th - March 20th. Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased after the selected ZUMBA classes (MAC) - Tuesday 5:30PM & Thursday 12:15PM; (Hemenway) - Monday 7:15AM or 4PM, Wednesday 12:15PM & Friday 7:15AM.
