Stadium Masters is a 5 week program that will improve your cardiovascular fitness, amp up your metabolism, as well as strengthen and tone your legs!

For a strength and endurance workout!
Inspired by the November Project, the workouts will be a variety of stair climbing and interval training
ALWAYS MEETING AT THE MURR CENTER before heading over to the HARVARD STADIUM.
Rain or shine!
“Deck” Days: The exercise and reps we perform will be determined by the number/face/suit of the card we pick.
“Strictly Stadium” Days: We will be building up our sets each week, pushing yourself to your limit, with the potential to build your way up to 37 sections by the end of the 9 weeks!
“Circuit” Days: Will be any combo of stair climbing, body weight exercises and interval training to keep your muscles guessing and continue to build up your strength and stamina!
