Harvard Slim Down 2012

What is Harvard Slim Down (HSD)?

HSD is a program designed to encourage gradual, do-able lifestyle changes, to help you become your own success story!  It includes 2 hours of class time each week, as well as tips and motivation for what to do during the REST of the week.

Who should participate in HSD?

HSD is for the brand-new, beginning exerciser to the intermediate exerciser needing extra motivation.

What is included in the 10-week program?

  • NEW FEATURE! 2 One-on-One sessions with a Registered Dietician (a 45 minute initial appointment & a 30 minute follow up to check progress and keep you on track) (Value $82) 
  • 20 activity classes led by your lifestyle-change coaches.  Your coaches will take you through a wide variety of workouts designed to maximize your success & safe weight-loss.  The classes will be a sampling of the group exercise classes that we offer at the MAC and Hemenway.  The class will meet twice per week. (Value $140) 
  • 3 One-on-One Personal training sessions with a certified Personal Trainer. (45-minute sessions) (Value $124) 
  • Unlimited Group Exercise Class Access at MAC & Hemenway (Value $75) 
  • Spri  Resistance Tubing Home-Exercise kit – optional (Value $17)  
  • Weekly email support and motivation from your coaches and/or personal trainer to keep you on track and to answer your questions and concerns. (Value:  PRICELESS!) 
  • TOTAL PACKAGE VALUE is more than $400!

On-time registration is from Monday January 31  – Wednesday February 8.

Late registrations will be accepted (after Wednesday 2/8) if space is available, however there will be a $10.00 late registration fee for registrations received on or after February 9th.
