Group Exercise Triathlon

Harvard Recreation presents…
The Group Exercise Triathlon

The competition is coming to a close on December 4th, so you have a little less than 1 week to complete your checkpoints! Remember, there will be prizes for the individuals who completed the MOST classes during the triathlon, so if you’re finished with your check points, keep working through Sunday!

All participants who complete all of the checkpoints by December 4th will receive a T-shirt!
When you are finished with the triathlon, please turn in your card (or multiple cards, each with your name on them and stapled together) no later than Wednesday,  December 14th.
  • Please turn your card in to the front desk of the facility where you would like to pick up your T-shirt in January).
  • Please write the following information on your card: your name, your email and your T-shirt size.

The T-shirts will be available late January/early February at whichever facility you left your completed card.

Please email all questions to Kerry Smith at ptrainer@fas.harvard.edu

How it works:
Register between September 12th-September 28th.

The registration form can be uploaded here. You may leave completed registration forms with your instructor, at the front desk, or email instructions are included on the form.

Pick up a training log from either MAC or Hemenway, whichever is most convenient for you.  Training logs will be available by Monday, September 26th.

Beginning October 3rd, attend group exercise classes for credit!  At the end of each class you attend, bring your training log to your instructor and they will mark your log.  Be sure to specify how you want your class to count, if it falls into more than one category.  Make sure you satisfy all of the mandatory requirements right away, before you begin working on your electives. Participants who fill their training log can pick up a 2nd log at the front desk.

At the end of the program (December 4th), turn in your completed training log.  Please turn in logs no later than December 9th, and collect your prizes!

Please contact Kerry Smith (Hemenway) at ptrainer@fas.harvard.edu or Mike Dingley (MAC) at macpt@fas.harvard.edu for additional information.
