Personal Training

Discover the benefits of Harvard's Personal Training services. A fully certified fitness specialist at the MAC or Hemenway will customize individual training programs that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The individualized sessions provide direction, motivation, and program adjustments as needed. Your training sessions may take place in our Personal Training Studio on the basement level of the MAC.

Personal Training is available at both Hemenway Gymnasium & the Malkin Athletic Center.

Initial consultation is complimentary. Comfortable clothing and athletic footwear is required.

A variety of personal training packages are available to best suit your needs including:
1 on 1 training, Buddy training & Small Group Personal training packages.
                                                                          
For Buddy Training & SGPT simply recruit a buddy or group of 4-10 friends with similar fitness goals, fitness level and schedule to train along with you.

Small Group Personal Training Pricing
Five Session Packages

4-6 friends: $75 per person
7-8 friends: $70 per person
9-10 friends: $65 per person

A commitment of 5 personal training sessions is required for Small Group Personal Training.
All PT sessions are 55 minutes in length.

Additional Services

 Fitness Assessments
Body Composition Assessment: $35.00
This 30 minute session with a Personal Trainer includes weight, measurements and skin fold testing.

Fitness Testing:$40.00
This 35 minutes session with a Personal Trainer includes cardio-respiratory fitness (3 minute step test), upper body endurance (push up), abdominal endurance (crunch), flexibility assessment (sit & reach) .

Total Assessment:$50.00
This 60 minute session includes the Body Composition and Fitness Assessments.
