The great out doors is our
playground and with the Nordic Walking Intervals workout, we
transform the outdoors into a complete body training system to
rival any indoor gym! In an interval fashion, basic Nordic
Walking is combined with intervals of body weight strength training
and intense cardio bursts to really increase the workout
level. Park benches become weight machines and curbs become
stair climbers. Plus, intervals of Nordic running, bounding
and jumping add in to make this an intense but playfully fun
workout.
Take your circuit workout outdoors and utilize your terrain and
landmarks to Whether your club is urban or suburban, you'll find
great ways to increase all your components of fitness using the
Nordic Walking Poles and a little ingenuity!
