A current Recreation Facility Membership is required to participate in Personal Training.


Getting Started with Personal Training:

1) Complete the Personal Training Request form.

2) A Fitness manager will then:

-  Assign you a trainer, and
-  Contact you and connect you to the trainer.
-  Your trainer will set up a complimentary consultation,
   where you can discuss your goals, availability, injuries, etc.  

Cash, Credit Cards and Crimson Cash are accepted.

Personal Training Packages

55-minute

A 55-minute session provides an opportunity for you and your trainer to create

a unique and specialized program to meet all your health and fitness needs.

Gain consistency with your exercise plan and make it your own:
whether you are rehabbing an injury, training for a race, or simply looking to attain overall quality health. 

30-Minute

30-minute sessions are a great option for an experienced exerciser who is crunched for time.

This individual ideally will have a solid working knowledge of the weight room and proper exercise technique,
and is looking for extra motivation from a trainer!

Additionally, 30-minute sessions are a great option for an individual who is
physically or medically restricted from exercising for longer periods of time.
