8 WEEK SPRING
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
TRX
BLAST: Engage all of your muscles in this non-stop
TRX workout.TRX Blast is a 30 minute class but don’t be
fooled – it will challenge the beginners and advanced alike!
(Limit 5 participants)
Cost: Students: $56
Non-Students: $72
TRX CIRCUIT
TRAINING: Challenge yourself with this fast-paced
workout combo of TRX and cardio drills.Timed sets will keep your
heart rate pumping as you power through the TRX at your own pace.
All levels welcome. (Limit 10 participants)

REGISTRATION
INFORMATION
NEW! Registration is available in person from Monday January
30th - February 8th at the front desk of Hemenway.
Payment is due upon registration. We
accept cash, AMEX, Discover, Visa & MC. Sorry no checks or
term-billing. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.
Course fees will not be prorated.
Refunds are granted at the discretion of the Hemenway Management
and only prior to the registration deadline (2/8). Otherwise credit
may be applied toward another Hemenway program or service.
A minimum of 5 (for half hour classes) or 10 (for hour classes)
participants are required to offer each TRX class. Register early
to avoid class cancellation due to low enrollment.

· Please wear appropriate workout attire and closed
toe athletic shows to all fitness courses.
· Bring a bottle of water to class.
· Arrive promptly at the designated start date of
class, if you are more than 10 minutes late you will NOT be
permitted to participate.
· All classes will take place in the multi-purpose
room.
· Please take note of the meeting dates & times
of each class.
We also offer Private TRX training - One on one
training on the TRX. Full body workout with the ability to focus on
the specific muscle and movement you most want to target. Prices
are based on personal training fees. For additional information
