Crimson Triathlon Training (2 hours)
Whether training for triathlon session or just looking for a good workout, this two hour class will help you build speed, endurance and strength for all three elements of your competition!
Come prepared for a mini triathlon “anchor” workout with swimming, cycling, and running. Class will introduce techniques to improve distance freestyle and open water swimming, include progressive cycling and running workouts, cover transition skills and discuss race strategies.
Maximum participants: 8
