During each semester we also offer progressive Specialty
classes, with each week's instruction building on the prior
classes. These classes include MTVdance, Meditation, Ice skating, Scuba
Diving, Swim Classes, TRX
Suspension Training, Fit Mamas, & many more offerings
that are listed below.

Payment is due upon registration. We
accept AMEX, Discover, Visa, or MC. Sorry no checks, cash or
term-billing. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.
Course fees cannot be prorated.
Refunds are granted at the discretion of Management & only
prior to the registration deadline (2/5).

Non Members: $144
(Non-members may register beginning January 27th if space is
available. Non-members may enter the facility 1 hour before
and may stay up to one hour after class.)
Ballet for the Complete Beginner-
Have you ever wanted to take ballet, but thought it was too late to
start? This class offers basic ballet for the absolute beginner of
any age and level of dance experience. We will focus on basic
ballet positions and vocabulary, while paying special attention to
posture, core strength and body control. Beginning with
exercises at the ballet barre, we will build an understanding of
the movement behind the ballet art form and complete a full class
that will consist of short center floor exercises as well as
traveling combinations across the floor. This class is for the
complete beginner—no shoes, leotards, or tights are required;
however comfortable, form-fitting clothing (i.e. yoga pants,
T-shirt or tank top) is preferred.

LOCATION: Hemenway Gymnasium- Multi-Purpose
Pilates/Barre Fusion (Pilabarre')- If you love
Pilates AND ballet, then this is the perfect class for you!
Strengthen, stretch and enhance the mind/body connection with
motivating music and graceful, isometric movements. It's a
fun & effective way to change your body. Pilabarre' will lift
your seat, tone your thighs, abs, arms and burn fat in record
breaking time! This class is for all levels.

INSTRUCTOR: MJ Kenney
Begin your day with this fast-paced, action-packed, high-energy
class that combines sports drills with resistance training. This
class requires no previous training and will challenge beginners as
well as push even the most advanced to the maximum. The class
includes flexibility, plyometrics, abdominals, agility training,
core strengthening, short distance jogging, sprints and overall
conditioning. It’s like a double shot of espresso!!

LOCATION: Hemenway Multi-Purpose Room
Hip Hop Dance-
Come and learn the most popular dance
moves from current recording artists including Lady Gaga, Beyonce
& more! This is a continuous movement class that is a
high-energy mix of hip-hop, MTV style dance moves and a few
splashes of jazz. Some dance experience is helpful but not
necessary. Wear sturdy shoes and be ready to workout!
