Specialty Classes

During each semester we also offer progressive Specialty Instructional courses, with each week's instruction building on the prior classes. These classes include Complete Barre, Extreme Outdoor Bootcamp, Harvard Slim Down ,Scuba Diving, Swim Classes, TRX Suspension Training, Tabata Bootcamp & more.

October 5th-December 6th

Registration is September 14th-27th.

There is a $10.00 late fee for registrations received on and after September 28th.

Class offerings will be posted in early September.


Complete Barre: CLOSED

Complete Barre integrates elements of STOTT Pilates, ballet & strength training. It emphasizes on the correct biomechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility stamina & dynamic stability. No dance experience or tutus are required! Participants may wear socks with grips that are suitable for Barre classes or go barefoot. 


Extreme Outdoor Bootcamp

Give your day the pump it needs with this fast-paced, action-packed, high-energy class that combines sports drills with resistance training. This class requires no previous training or experience. For beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts, this class is guaranteed to push participants to achieve their goals. The class includes flexibility, plyometrics, agility training, core strengthening, sprints, and overall conditioning.  It’s like a double shot of espresso! This class meets once per week, but is offered in 2 sections. Choose one or sign-up for both to fast-forward your way to new fitness heights!
