A Community Holiday Weight-Maintenance Initiative

THE GOAL:

Maintain your pre-holiday weight throughout the holiday season!

Did you know that the average Thanksgiving meal contains 3,000+ calories? That is just in one meal, not including the entire day. It takes about 4 hours of running to burn that off! It’s no wonder why the average American gains more than a few pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years. Have no fear, this year vow to keep yourself on track this busy holiday season by participating in Maintain, Don’t Gain!
